论文著作权转让协议
 

甲方：论文投稿作者
乙方：《机械传动》编辑部

甲方通过本采编系统向乙方投稿，即甲乙双方就论文的著作权转让达成以下协议：

1、甲方同意将该文交由乙方处理，若文稿审理通过，则由乙方安排在《机械传动》杂志上发表。

2、甲方同意乙方对该文做文字性修改和删节。

3、甲方保证该论文为其原创作品并且不涉及泄密和一稿多投问题。若发生侵权或泄密问题，一切责任由甲方承担。

4、甲方自愿将其拥有的对论文的汇编权、翻译权、印刷版和电子版的复制权、网络传播权和发行权转让给乙方。该论文版权转让期限：自本合同生效之日起到乙方正式出版论文后第50年的12月31日。适用区域：世界各地。

5、本刊是开放获取期刊，所有的文章一经发表将立即在我刊网站永久供读者免费阅读和下载。本刊使用知识共享许可协议 (Creative Commons)，允许第三方用户按照署名 (BY)-非商业性使用 (NC)-禁止演绎 (ND) 4.0 (简称CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) 的方式，在任何媒介以任何形式复制、传播本作品。只要遵守许可协议条款，许可人就无法收回这些权利。需要遵守的条件如下：使用者必须给出适当的署名，提供指向本许可协议的链接，同时标明是否对原始作品作了修改。可以用任何合理的方式来署名，但是不得以任何方式暗示许可人为其使用背书。不得将本作品用于商业目的。如果将作品再混合、转换，或者基于该作品创作，则不可以分发修改作品。

6、除《中华人民共和国著作权法》第二十二条规定的情况外，本合同第4条中转让的权利，甲方不得再许可他人以任何形式使用，除非符合CC BY-NC-ND 4.0协议的规定。作者有权按照CC BY-NC-ND 4.0协议分享、使用他们的文章。

7、甲方应按照乙方对稿件的退修意见要求修改文章。除另有约定外，乙方应在收到符合要求的修改稿后一年内刊发甲方的稿件。

8、该论文在《机械传动》杂志上首次发表后，乙方将向甲方支付一次性稿酬（含转让费），并向文章通信作者赠送3本样刊。若乙方再以其他形式出版该论文，将不再支付甲方稿酬。

9、其他未及事宜，若发生问题，双方将协商解决，若协商不成，则按照《中华人民共和国著作权法》和有关的法律法规处理。

10、本协议要求全体作者签字，自签字之日起生效，协议签署后需将协议电子版上传至采编平台或者发送编辑部邮箱。若所投论文最终未被录用的，则本协议自动失效。

《机械传动》遵从国际出版伦理委员会（COPE）的有关规范，要求所有作者披露和稿件内容有关的所有关系、活动、利益。“有关”的含义是指任何盈利或非盈利第三方机构与稿件内容可能存在的利益关系。利益冲突的披露是为了遵从公开透明的原则，并不代表研究一定存在偏倚。如果您对一项关系、活动或利益是否列出不太确定，那么建议您将其列出，需要声明的潜在利益关系包括：
  1. 任何时间内，任何企事业单位为作者或作者所在机构提供和研究有关的各类经济支持；
  2. 研究期间，任何企事业单位为研究提供的非经济支持，如帮助进行研究设计、数据收集、数据分析、提供药品或仪器、软件等的使用、帮助写作、语言润色等；
